Poster Submissions

Posters will be displayed throughout the duration of the conference. In the poster session, authors will have the opportunity to make a brief presentation and discuss their work.

Submissions for CCD2019 are being managed using EasyChair. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to sign up on your first access (there is no charge for this).

To submit a poster, log in to the EasyChair website for CCD2019 and click on the “New Submission” link at the top left of the menu bar. Follow the on screen instructions and fill out all of the required information, upload your poster (which must be in Word format), and click on the “Submit” link.

You should bring an A1 printed copy of your poster, including any requested changes,  to the Conference for display.

Guidance for posters

• Posters should be A1 portrait
• Title/subtitle, institutional affiliation and contact address should be included in a banner at the top, with the title in upper case
• Logos should be in a banner at bottom right
• Arial or other sans serif font, such as Verdana, 24-28 point, which can be read from a distance
• Harvard referencing

All posters will be peer reviewed. Abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. Full posters will be published in the Book of Proceedings with an assigned ISBN.
